December First Friday: Conversation with Duke Paulson
Connect • Reflect • Renew
Join us for December’s First Friday gathering featuring Duke Paulson, Executive Director of the Tacoma Rescue Mission and ALF Senior Fellow. Duke will lead a conversation about the realities and responses surrounding homelessness and housing insecurity in Pierce County—what’s changing, what’s challenging, and where hope and leadership are emerging. Come ready to listen, reflect, and engage in meaningful dialogue about how we, as a community of leaders, can support dignity, stability, and belonging for all.
📅 Next First Friday: December 6, 7:30–8:45 a.m.
📍 Location: Knapp’s Restaurant, Proctor District
Come as you are.
About First Fridays: On the first Friday of each month, Senior Fellows gather for an informal morning of connection and community. These gatherings are designed to keep the ALF spirit alive by offering space to reconnect with Fellows across cohorts, share stories and encouragement, build new cross-sector relationships, and pause to reflect and recharge together.
